Welcome to Iron Zen Yoga! We are so happy you are here. We are so incredibly proud to share our love of yoga with our community. We are the first, and only yoga studio in Cambridge, OH. We currently offer classes 6 days a week, with classes that are suitable to most Every Body. Yoga is not just a physical practice, but also a practice of building awareness in body, mind, and spirit. The roots of yoga travel back thousands of years and travel the world wide. We hope that you will find a deeper connection to your self through your practice with us.
